The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, on Friday swore in Justice John Tsoho as the Chief Judge of the Federal Large Court of Nigeria.
He also swore in Honourable Justice Benedict Bakwaph Kanyip, as President of the National Industrial Courtroom.
The ceremony took put at the Ceremonial Court docket of the Supreme Court in Abuja.
The Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom was in attendance at the occasion.
Right after they took their oath of workplace, the CJN asked Main Judge and President of the Nationwide Industrial Court not to permit anybody disturb their rules as they justifies the oath of workplace they took
Muhammad stated, “The Legislation is not respecter of anybody offer with the predicament as they are presented ahead of you. Never have particular interest in any case prior to you,” the CJN cautioned.
Justice Tsoho was born on June 24, 1959 in Mbaduku in Benue Point out.
He obtained his legislation diploma from the University of Lagos in 1984 and was called to Bar in 1985.
