A Tinubu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on Tuesday dismissed a car or truck theft cost filed by the police towards hip hop artist, Adeyemi Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley.
Commencing trail on Tuesday, Main Justice of the peace Tajudeen Elias requested dismissal of the circumstance right after getting a settlement settlement in between the complainant Mr Adelekan Ademola and the 4 defendants.
Everyday Post recollects that the Magistrate court earlier requested that Marley be arrested and arraigned more than alleged automobile theft.
The chief justice of the peace, Mr Tajudeen Elias, ordered that the Investigating Police Officer (IPO), Sgt. Sunday Idoko, managing the situation need to existing Naira Marley in court on the subsequent day of adjournment.
Justice of the peace Elias struck out the 4-rely cost of conspiracy, stealing, assault and obstructing the law enforcement from arresting Marley.
Marley, his two brothers Idris Fashola, 18 Babatunde Fashola, 24 and their cousin, Kunle Obere, 22 had been the defendants in the circumstance.
