The Federal Federal government via the Ministry of Agriculture on Friday introduced that 300,000 positions will be established in Plateau, via its Agriculture Mechanisation Scheme.
The Minister for Agriculture, Mr Sabo Nanono disclosed this when Gov. Simon Lalong frequented his office environment in Abuja.
According to the News Company of Nigeria, the minister in a statement by Dr Makut Machan, Director of Push and General public Affairs to Gov. Lalong explained the plan would be in partnership with Plateau govt.
According to the minister, the new agricultural programme to operate in 632 neighborhood governing administration places across the region will create in excess of Six million employment for Nigerians.
The minister even more applauded Lalong for his enthusiasm in the agricultural sector and his job in the National Livestock Transformation System(NLTP)
Building his remarks, Lalong reported his administration was fully commited to establishing the likely of the agriculture sector in Plateau.
