Police in the town of Brilon in North Rhine Westphalia explained the person was performing aggressively and was upset about a momentarily unoccupied income desk at the grocery store, and when a 24-year-outdated man tried out to get him to quiet down, the accused coughed on him.
The district health department has yet to establish whether the accused is truly infected with the novel Coronavirus, police explained.
