Nigerian Army said it has arrested troopers in a trending video clip clips brazenly threatening to rape Warri females and women and infect them with HIV.
This is coming immediately after the Delta Condition Government experienced before dismissed the online video as phony.
Soldiers in the footage issued the menace just after their colleague was allegedly killed by inhabitants in retaliation of the murder of Joseph Pessu on Thursday amid the COVID-19 lockdown.

Nevertheless, in a assertion issued through its confirmed Twitter account, @HQNigerianArmy, on Friday night, the army claimed the soldiers have been arrested at 9 Brigade Ikeja Armed service Cantonment, Lagos State yesterday and that further more investigations had been ongoing.
